The Bali Bed Runner pattern is Judy’s original Wedding Star design downsized to a 2 ring by 8 ring layout, measuring 30” x 104”. This Bed Runner will make a great wedding gift for any modern Bride in today’s world. The project is small, making it affordable and easy to complete in a limited amount of time. This design has become a classic in the quilting industry and is one that continues to sell more each year than it did the year before.
One pre-packaged 2-1/2” strip set (48) count was used to complete the quilt on the cover. These strip sets are presently manufactured under the name Quiltworx Strip Sets by Timeless Treasures using Tonga Batiks designed by Judy and Judel Niemeyer. The strip set used are pre-selected and also pre-sorted by Judy and Judel Niemeyer to work perfectly with your wedding ring design by Quiltworx. The strip set on the coversheet is called Gypsy and was released in December 2017. Check your local quilt shop or favorite Certified Shop to find kits and more information on the 48 count strip sets created exclusively by Judy Niemeyer for her patterns! Quiltworx does not sell the strip sets directly to the public.
This pattern is Quiltster Compatible! This means you can color the quilt with your favorite Fabric Collection in Quiltster before you make it and obtain yardage! The foundation piecing designs are printed on newsprint and because it is light weight, it tears away from the stitches without damaging the threads. **Want to make a second quilt or a larger quilt? You can order papers for a second set of foundation papers by contacting me. I can order most of the additional papers (subject to availability) at a lesser cost, since you already have the pattern itself.
**TOP TIP** There is an excellent tutorial (video and photographic) that Judy has done on YouTube and on her website about the techniques used for many of her patterns. I just love tutorials because they take the learning curve for making a new pattern to a much more manageable level. So... I recommend that you grab a cup of tea and a little break (I know your excited) and enjoy!

Free Shipping Offer Details
The Free Domestic Shipping Offer is based on your cart total. To receive Free Shipping, your cart total (after all discounts) must be $50 or more. Unfortunately, there are times when items would have free shipping at their regular price, but once the sale price is applied they are no longer eligible. The Etsy system does not correct the Free Shipping Ad based on the discounted price.
When you receive Free Shipping, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to ship all items in a manner that your purchase qualifies for and in keeping with good business practices, regardless if you have been offered or selected Priority by Etsy. Etsy shipping is not always accurate on weights and sizes when items of different postal requirements are taken into consideration.
Shipping Cost and Package Tracking
Most items are sent USPS Ground Advantage with a stiffener, this disqualifies the item(s) from first class shipping. This shipping option does include insurance should the item(s) be lost or damaged in transit. For items sent via media mail (when they qualify by USPS standards) I do add insurance.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, I can assist filing a claim compensation, be it a refund or replacement.
If a package is scanned delivered by the post office but NOT received by you, it does become your responsibility to contact your local post office to try to locate or find out what happened to the package. Please note that we will need to wait for an insurance claim to be paid prior sending a replacement.
Can you send a pattern via PDF or download?
As much as we would like to offer this, none of our patterns are available for purchase as a PDF or digital download. The designers of our patterns have retained the copyrights for their work. All of our patterns are physical patterns which will be shipped to you via USPS.
If you are looking for a PDF pattern, we highly recommend reaching out to the pattern designer.
Do you refund for shipping overage charges?
Yes. We do our best to combine separate orders occurring on the same day and ship orders at the lowest rate possible based on the size and weight. Any shipping overage of $1 or more will be refunded to the payment account.
Please note: our patterns are sent via USPS and ship at package rates NOT letter rates. This is due to a larger envelope size and a stiffener we place with our patterns, which makes them more rigid to protect them from being bent or damaged by the postal service machinery,
Do you offer price adjustments for sale pricing?
We do NOT offer adjustments for special promotions, including %’s off (e.g., 25%, 40%, and 50%, etc.) and $’s off for items purchased before a sale. We offer various sales over the week and on the weekends, so be sure to favorite our shop to keep up to date on our most recent sales and items.
Fabric Care
Our fabrics come directly from the manufacturer and are not pre-washed. If you are new to working with pre-cut fabrics, the manufactures recommend that they not be washed until your whole project is complete. If you want/need to be able to pre-wash the fabric, we would recommend yardage for your project.
Are you fabrics COLORFAST?
No matter what type fabric you get, you cannot assume that anything is colorfast and will not run or bleed. This can be a nightmare when you have spent a lot of money for beautiful fabric, only to have your project or quilt ruined because of bleeding issues. In order to make many dark colors vibrant, manufacturers have to use a lot of dye. The more dye, the greater the propensity the fabric has to bleed. If you have questions about the colorfastness of a fabric, please test it first. You may have to pre-treat the fabric to better "set" the dye. Even then, it may not be enough and you may have to re-think your project and the fabrics you use. Either way, we will not be responsible for its colorfastness, nor will we replace your fabrics
Are your items new or used?
All of our items are new directly from the distributor or designer. We do our best to ensure that items arrive to you in the best condition possible but cannot guarantee that the shipper will handle them with the care that we ourselves would take.
Are patterns printed in color or black & white?
Patterns vary in how they are printed. Some patterns provide full color illustrations, others have no illustrations at all, some have hand drawn illustrations, and some illustrations are in black and white only. These are all at the discretion of the designer and the printer. If you would like to know more about a specific pattern, please feel free to contact me.
Do you sell internationally?
Sadly, due to high shipping costs, and international sale policies I do not sell outside of the United States.
